Our Mission

To help navigate the often difficult process of finding appropriate placement in a healthcare facility.  We help find placement in assisted living, independent living, nursing homes, and group homes.  This service is provided free of charge to all clients, with no strings attached. Heather Cartright-Tetrault, CDP

Owner / Senior Care Advisor

Heather is the owner and founder of the company. She is an experienced senior living executive, and also a former Assisted Living Facility Administrator. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration from Hodges University and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

In the community, Heather is recognized as a senior expert with a desire to serve others. Through community involvement, she is fully informed on issues that can confront families such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, social, and financial needs of seniors. Heather is extremely knowledgeable of all local senior living communities and other related services that provide care and services to elders.

As a result of Heather’s personal experience in placing her Mother, Aunt, and Uncle in senior communities, she realized the complexity of the circumstances in finding proper placement. She has made it her personal mission to provide personalized consulting services that help eliminate the confusion and worry of finding the right placement for a loved one. Heather devotes as much time as needed to help each family with this complicated and often overwhelming decision.

Allie Hanson

Senior Care Advisor

Allie covers Bradenton and Sun City Center, FL. She has worked in the senior living industry for over seven years in the fields of hospice, home health, and assisted living with memory care. She had completed a course to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Her passion is working with seniors and helping them find the services, care, and help they need. She has helped many seniors over the years and has had many families keep in touch and thank her for assisting them through an emotional time. She strives to go above and beyond to give families as
many resources as possible to help them through a difficult time. Prior to senior living, Allie worked in hospitality for 15 years, specializing in restaurant management and customer service. Helping people and being available to her families is of utmost importance to her and she is dedicated to finding the right ‘fit’ for each family.
Allie watched her own family struggle to find help for her grandmother with Alzheimer’s after her grandfather passed away, therefore keeping seniors and their caregivers safe and healthy is near and dear to her heart.

Patty Witt

Senior Care Advisor

Patty assists with covering Sarasota and Venice, FL. She is passionate about assisting families in finding the right fit when looking for a senior care community for their loved ones. She has years of experience working in assisted living facilities.

Patty is originally from Buffalo, NY, and later moved to Seattle, Washington where she lived for many years with her husband and son. She loves to travel and spend time with her family.


She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rollins College. As a veteran in the industry, as well as having placed her own family in senior care, Patty's experience will be of great help to you!

Brenda Bates, LPN

Regional Director / Senior Care Advisor

Brenda covers Jackson, Madison, and Marshall counties in Alabama. She has worked in the Senior Living field for over 20 years in nursing, sales, marketing, and operations. Brenda has been a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 40 years and has worked in multiple medical fields during her career. They range from ICU/CCU, Physician/Surgeon office, to high-tech Pediatric home health. The past 23 years have been specifically in the Senior Living arena. She has worked with Seniors as a Skilled Nursing Facility Liaison for over 20 years, meeting potential clients in the hospitals (mainly) and working with Physicians, Case Managers, Hospice, and other senior services to help coordinate placement in a Skilled Nursing Facility. 


Brenda also worked as an Executive Director in sales/marketing of assisted living facilities. Brenda’s experience helps her understand the rules and regulations that each different levels of care within assisted living operate under. This work and educational history gives Brenda a firm knowledge of all aspects of senior living which allows her to best help families place their loved ones.

Christopher joined My Care Finders as Director of Operations in 2019. He previously worked for over 15 years as a Nursing Home Administrator and has been in the healthcare industry for over 24 years. He has worked for many top-quality organizations throughout his career, which has given him great experience in leading others to success. Chris strives to follow the "Golden Rule" in his interactions with all those he works with and serves.


Christopher earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from D'Youville College. He maintains his license in Florida as a Nursing Home Administrator. When not busy working, he loves to spend time with Heather and two children Emma and Benjamin.

Robin Kennedy

Robin assists with covering Sarasota, Bradenton, and Sun City, FL. She recently relocated to Florida from Central New York. Robin has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, working as a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist for 12 years, then in her local hospital's Radiology and Oncology Department. Robin is very passionate with working with seniors, dedicating herself to families and navigating the senior living process. Robin's expertise and knowledge of the facilities and surrounding resources will provide a peace of mind to families and their loved ones knowing they will be receiving the highest quality of support.

Outside of helping others, Robin enjoys golfing and enjoying time with her family and pets.

Shannon Stevens

Shannon covers Pinellas County, FL. She has been both an assisted living Executive Director and a District Director for some of the largest healthcare providers in the country.  Shannon’s career path was formed as a child growing up in rural Western New York where her only neighbors were elderly, and they were her friends.  From starting in the dietary department in a nursing home at 16, through the present day, her passion has always been serving the elderly.  As a well-respected Executive Director known for perfect AHCA and Department of Health surveys, coupled with a never waiving determination to do the best thing for her residents, allows her to be your trusted Senior Care Advisor.

Leslie Welch, DC

Leslie covers Oklahoma County, OK. By the age of 13, Leslie knew that she wanted to be helping people in whatever career path she took.  Her first degree is in human biology; she then went to graduate school for another 4 years. After completing her education, Leslie practiced as a Chiropractic Doctor for 11 years. She recognized that many of the injuries patients came to her with, could have been prevented or reversed with just a little education, so she contracted with many companies, providing injury prevention education for over 8,000 employees. Leslie’s passion is to help people and in total, she has been helping people for over 28 years. Due to her own personal health concerns, she can truly relate to aging clients, even special needs from both a patient’s and physician's perspective. Leslie is ready to use her experience, professional relationships, and education, to positively impact people’s lives!

Chazsady Davis, CLTC

Chazsady covers north Sarasota and south Bradenton, FL. She has experience working in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and home care in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Her passion is helping those in need and after going through the placement process with her father, she decided to become a Care Advisor. This has allowed her to continue to help families through the complexity of the aging and placement process. She has a Certification in Long Term Care, CLTC, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership, and a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law. Additionally, she is a Licensed Insurance Broker and a
Notary Public for the State of Florida. Another passion of Chazsady’s is giving back to her community, she does this by being the Vice President of Suncoast Aging Network. This organization raises funds and is an educational resource to our seniors in the community. In her spare time, Chazsady enjoys spending time with family, friends, her significant other, and their two Chihuahuas (Bella and Jigga),
riding her motorcycle, playing billiards, boating, the beach, and traveling. Her mission is to put her clients first, act with excellence and integrity, be an educational resource, and approach every day with a giving heart.


Stacey Carlin

Stacey covers South Sarasota, Venice, and Englewood areas. She is a passionate Senior Care Advisor and has dedicated both her professional and educational endeavors to help improve the quality of life for people as they age. Stacey has worked in various capacities in the field of senior care including working as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio and as an advisor for a regional Parkinson’s Foundation. Stacey volunteers her time with several local aging groups. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she helps facilitate local community education programs for the Dementia Care and Cure Initiative. Stacey earned an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration and holds a Certificate in Gerontological Studies.

Stacey’s desire to help people navigate senior living, comes from watching her own grandfather and his siblings battle chronic conditions and Alzheimer’s related dementias. Their struggles provided firsthand experience with the challenges that families can face. Her mission is to help families so that they know they are not alone on this journey. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys staying active with her family and spending time boating and at the beach.

Anne Giehl, CDP

Anne covers Hillsborough County, FL and has over 10 years of experience in senior living sales and management. Anne started in the industry selling Independent Living to seniors in New Hampshire, then transitioned into management. She has been the Executive Director for boutique facilities as well as for large corporate communities in Florida and Pennsylvania. Anne has expertise in Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Granite State College and a degree in Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Culinary Institute. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has a Certificate of Gerontology. Anne’s personal and professional experience is rooted in her love of helping people. She enjoys hearing everyone’s unique story and helping navigate the many options in senior living. Her goal is to help find the community that fits her client’s needs and feels right to them. She understands that senior living can be an emotional process; she strives to ease some of that with her industry knowledge, patience, and compassion.
In her spare time, Anne enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and working on her home.
