About My Care Finders
Heather Cartright is the company owner, co-founder, experienced senior living executive, and also a
former Assisted Living Facility Administrator. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services
Administration from Hodges University.
In the community, Heather is recognized as a senior expert with a desire to serve others. Heather
is currently on the Health Care Committee with the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. Through
community involvement she is fully informed on issues that can confront families such as Alzheimer’s,
dementia, social, and financial needs of seniors. Heather is extremely knowledgeable of all local
senior living communities and other related services that provide care and services to elders.
As a result of Heather’s personal experience in placing her Mother, Aunt and Uncle in senior
communities, she realized the complexity of the circumstances in finding proper placement. She has
made it her personal mission to provide personalized consulting services that help eliminate the
confusion and worry of finding the right placement for a loved one. Heather devotes as much time
as needed to help each family with this complicated and often overwhelming decision.
Heather’s fiancé and company co-founder Christopher Tetrault recently joined the My Care Finders team as Director of Operations. Christopher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from D'Youville College. Between Heather’s wealth management and health care background and Christopher’s career as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, they have over 30 years
combined experience in helping seniors.

Patty Witt is passionate about assisting families in finding the right fit when looking for a senior care community for their loved ones. She has years of experience working in assisted living facilities.
Patty is originally from Buffalo, NY and later moved to Seattle, Washington where she lived for many years with her husband and son. She loves to travel and spend time with her family.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rollins College. As a veteran in the industry, as well as having placed her own family in senior care, Patty's experience will be of great help to you!
Wyndal Mullins has been working with the senior community for over 19 years. He began by working as a representative for a pharmaceutical company. His experience working in the healthcare industry led to his desire to work more directly with seniors. He took a position as a home health Sales Representative, Sales Manager, and finally Marketing Director. Wyndal sincerely loves working with seniors and it shows in his interactions with them.
In his spare time, Wyndal enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and boating. Let him help you today, you’ll surely enjoy the experience as he puts his heart into helping seniors find the right community to meet their needs!
